I uploaded two moe shows and imported them, but they're not showing up in my Contributions page, nor on the Recently Added page. When I try to re-add the shows, it says I can't first because the folder is the same name, and second because the md5s match. In other words, it's comparing them to the shows I already imported, but not showing up.

Could you reset it or something?

Could you give us the folder names of the concerts that you are unable to use?

I just realized that when you go into the moe folder, it shows 3-11-04 as the most recently added moe show. But when you click on it, it says "This show is not yet available." It's show id 13277. 3-9-04 is id 13276.

Hope this helps.

Hey there,

I'm really puzzled about how this happened - somehow the items got made public without the files getting copied onto the download servers.

Anyhow, to err on the safe side, I deleted the two details pages - could you re-import? Sorry for the hassle, but it'd definitely be a good idea to make sure they work from scratch this time, just in case.

Thanks,
s!

Just a thought, gruven42 did you import these 2 shows before the uploads finished? I've seen similar situations to this - in which the person tried importing the show before the upload was complete and the contribution engine closes the show as complete and doesn't move the files... In any rate, a reimport should resolve the issue now that Simon deleted the old details pages. -Brad

No, I imported both of them after both had finished downloading. I did notice the contribution process acting funky when I was importing them. The same funkiness happened when I imported 3-7-04, and it turned out fine. When I am supposed to verify the metadata, just a blank screen came up with the two "Update" buttons.

I re-imported them and now they are fine, with the working metadata screen.

Thanks

This happens for every show. If you try to update the metadata immediately, it won't have a list of files for that screen. I usually have to wait 3-5 minutes before I get a list of files to update.

Sounds like a good FAQ entry.

They're still in my upload folder. But again, I can't "re-import" them because obviously the md5s are the same.
